Apologies if this is in another thread but for those like me that don't have the heart to open all 1000 threads on the subject and just read the post name, here's the latest -

(Also only a 5 figure sum ?)

According to reports in Yorkshire, Mark Robins is expected to be unveiled as Huddersfield Town’s new manager on Thursday.

The 43-year-old Coventry City boss will have talks with chairman Dean Hoyle and his board today and be unveiled to take charge for Sunday’s plum FA Cup fifth-round tie with Premier League Wigan Athletic at the John Smith’s Stadium.

Robins watched the second half of Town’s 2-1 fourth round replay win at Leicester City last night having been given permission to speak to Town by the Ricoh Arena club.

Robins’ assistant Steve Taylor and fitness coach Darren Robinson also cleared their desks after training at Coventry’s Ryton training base yesterday, after Town triggered a five-figure release clause in Robins’ contract.

5 figure? so up to £99,999? seems nothing for our biggest asset in years. Be gutted if he leaves.

Actually it was

"Robins to be revealed on Thursday at Blackpool after Signing with Huddersfield on Wednesday and then triggering his six-figure release clause after Blackpool approached Huddersfield asking permission to speak to their new manager". <takes breath>.

This just in:

"Robins to be revealed on Thursday at Preston after Signing with Huddersfield on Wednesday and then triggering his six-figure release clause after Blackpool approached Huddersfield asking permission to speak to their new manager before signing with the Seasiders on Wednesday afternoon. However, it then became clear that the new manager wasn't happy and despite Blackpool rejecting an official approach, Robins agreed to become the new manager at Deepdale just before tea time."
