IMO we are no better under Robins, their is no evidence to suggest otherwise, yes we have won a couple, but the football is no better, the players seem to be on totally different wave lengths.
Robins docent seem to know his best starting 11 or who should even be captain.

6/10 must do BETTER

Thought I would give this a bump

Now three months into his tenure I am giving him a 8/10 he clearly does know his best 11 and Baker as captain has been a sensation! Get us to Wembley Mark and a play off spot, you can have a perfect 10/10

10 for tactics, 10 for half time team talks (well the reaction to whatever he said anyway), 10 for getting us playing and a definite 10 for understanding what this club is all about.

Big 10 all round.

Hmmm....at the moment it must be said he has not set the ground alight by any means. Results have been improved and there have been moments where we have looked good and then moments we have looked as equally awful as we did under Thorn? And that is my problem at the moment.
Why are we still clearly playing so awful in periods when the shackles have been removed and all players have this clean sheet to play under their new manager?

I am willing to wait and give more time before being too critical. I feel he will eradicate the sloppy periods from our game and if he does that sooner rather than later then we will strive up the league.

My only question is though....is it the players we have and they are not as good as we thought they would be at this level or is it just more time and coaching from the Mark Robins school needed?

We have a set of games coming up that on paper and current form we should make a very good return on. If we fail to do that then MR will leave himself open to his critics as this league is piss poor and we are certainly not the worst squad in this league and have a large squad at that able to cope with injuries.

I watch closely what he does with the likes of McDonald and a few others. I'm less likely to judge on his tactics alone but on results because that is what's needed. Do that and everything else will come together. Like I said the next volley of games coming up lok like an opportunity to see exactly where we are and I'm exopecting and demanding some good results. To get the patience of the fans he desires MR's needs to make these upcoming games count and he will get the fans support. We are good enough so we need to perform and prove it.
