Dear me. For me they are perfectly fit for purpose - I pay lower taxes and make more money. What would make me think that?

out of the big 3 - I think Gyorores would be the hardest and most expensive to replace
I also think there is a lot more to come from O hare
and also that Hamer would attract a bigger fee than O hare today

if we could get £5m for Hamer and reinvest £2m added on to the savings we have made on releasing players during the season, I think we should be able to show further progress

The majority of the unwanted players under contract will probably have to be paid off in order for them to be moved on, and if this isn't possible due to the size of their wages then the club is going to have to bare the brunt of their contracts whilst they're sent out on loan.

Equally, it's very difficult to say how much would be given to Robins in the event of a sale. With the EFL loan looming over the club's head, increased operational costs to cover as well as pending interest payments/debt to SISU outstanding would you really be all that confident Robins would even receive as much as £2m to reinvest?

Yeah had a smile at that
He had 5 changes available in the cup games and did use them to be fair
But in many league games we hardly use subs until the last 5 minutes

It certainly feels like that & on occasion we've all been screaming for changes but the stats suggest we're not that far off the norm.

We've made 100 substitutions in the league this season, our opponents 110.
The average amount of time played by one our subs is 19mins, the average against us is 21mins.

How many early injuries have we had, out of interest?

In fact as rudimentary correct, are there stats for second half substitutions across the league? Wipe out the outliers and exceptions?

Great question & I'm not sure there's any easy way of doing it unfortunately.

There are certainly things that can skew the data, we're only talking 39 games after all.
When you factor in things like Mowbray's double change at H-T as he fucked up his original tactics, thankfully we've not needed to do that too often.

We have players like Eccles - 1 sub appearance totalling 1 minute & Dacosta - 2 sub appearances, each for 1 minute.
On the other end of the scale, Maatsen has made 4 sub appearances, averaging 35mins each. Included in that is a 77min sub appearance v Derby when JCS got injured though.
I can't think of many times we've had early injuries off the top of my head...
The JCS one mentioned, Walker v Barnsley in Game 2, there's bound to be others though.

So moral of the story , this forum wets itself again for no reason

10 more subs over 39 matches

Whilst I don’t disagree with you, this stat doesn’t really hold. We usually make subs when it’s too late rather than making them to stop the game turning

Again, stats don't really bear this out. We score the majority of our goals during the time that people think we should be making subs.

Also ocums razor however it’s spelt, we know what they are and we know what they do. We will have a low budget and will look to maximise that with recruitment and training and development. It would be nice but expecting any different is setting oneself up for disappointment. Change what we can and accept what we can’t

lol Sisu have held onto managers more than the owners prior to that. Their big problem was always clinging on to losers like Coleman Pressley and thorn

No one is sucking up to them
Sisu have not had any dumbass meetings. Mark and I met with sisu once and it was far from a dumbass one. Ultimately it was part of enabling a move back to coventry for our home games

Do what you can. Your answer is nothing well well done you!!!

I’m proud of what I’ve achieved with my limited skill and limited influence over the last 18 months

You haven’t changed a thing

Seppalla and Fisher always seem like reasonable people but as soon as you challenge them and also the numerous minions that have worked for them they sulk get angry and defensive

Boddy is a pathetic figure. A Sisu yes man. As a CEO he’s like the pub landlord running Disneyland. It’s miles beyond his skill set yet you try and credit him for promotions

We can’t change a thing but we should boycott fan group meetings and anything else to do with them

Lower league levels it wasn’t as much an issue. Now It is and as a group we should collectively express our contempt for them

Sisu have been here for 15 years. They do what suits them - that’s their prerogative but please let’s not go down this bullshit narrative they care about the club

I’m just saying we should put the collective message across we no longer want them here. Makes no difference but at least shows where as a group we stand

With the greatest respect Pete you didn't change a thing. Commendable for trying but as I've said to you before it's fruitless conversing with SISU on the big picture stuff. I have close contacts who are major sponsors/boardroom members who have tried in the past and I've said the exact same to them. It's futile. You, nor Mark will be any different.

If Joy didn't want a move back to Coventry it wouldn't have happened. Your input regardless of how impactful she/the club may have made it seem, was overall irrelevant and would've had zero bearing on the final decision.

She has little to no regard of the fans or their wants/wishes.

Her tenure as owner of this football club is testament enough to that.
