You robbed the poor fans that had to stomach that performance and gave to the rich.
Shameful.

I love Robins to bits and would never want him to be sacked but I do wonder if we have evolved passed his tactical know how.

there are so many young managers coming into the game now and feel like we’re not evolving tactically under him.

it’s the same old

I know some won’t like this and I find it hard to type it but it’s just a gut feeling

I hope I’m wrong and I’m still confident as I’ve backed us to be promoted but why do we start so slow?

Under Bobby Gould, we used to get off to the flier. Then stall.

10 games in will give us a better insight

I think it’s more the players we’ve brought in aren’t as bad as some think and we’re lacking quality and depth in the middle.

I hope so and I’m holding judgment until after the window and 10 games.

it would be nice to see us really go for it away from home

I have the same gut feeling but desperate to be wrong. We are a long way from needing to worry about that though, providing we sort the midfield out a lot of the issues we have go away.

Yes, I think we all got that but we’re wondering who the rich are in this bizarre analogy.

Great subs by Robins today at the right times. Atmosphere was very early kick off but still enjoyable. Thought we’d won it at the end good point on the road and onto the next PUSB

do you see fluent football because I don’t it all looks disjointed to me

I said in my post that I don’t want to see him sacked, I love robins but it’s the only thing that is still the same after whole sale changes

there is no need to get personal because my opinion is different to yours

Yeah sorry, comment wasn’t very kind on my part so I apologise. To suggest that we as a club have gone beyond Robins’ tactical capabilities is a mad suggestion though. We’re here precisely because of him and everything he has done.

it’s ok mate.

I fully agree with you robins has worked wonders but sometimes things have to come to an end.

I’m not saying now or tomorrow and I’ll hold my judgment until after 10 games in but the conservativeness about games with our attacking threat frustrates me.

If it continues for 10-15 games into the season he’ll be gone.

Expect it to be like this until Sheaf is back. Games are going to be scrappy.

Not sure Boateng and the other geezer are as strong personalities as Adi was, so is it management by committee now?

To be fair, I’m definitely overreacting but I’m annoyed today. Tactics in the first half were so pragmatic. We just pasted it back and when we did go forward hoofed it up hoping simms or Wright could carry it on. Where was the team that started like a rash on Oxford.

We can dominate teams, we’ve seen it, but we need to back ourselves and while players aren’t performing great atm. Tactically we’re so defensive away, just look at the low line today in the first half which meant we weren’t compact and our midfield just got over run. Love robins but want us to be brave.

Probably been said elsewhere, but it's maybe a blessing that Sheaf has been injured in terms of cooling the interest in him from other clubs during this window. Whether he will be the key to better team performances when he gets back is another matter.

If this form continues for 10 games into the season we’d have almost twice the number of points than at the same stage during our play off season.

I wish people had more loyalty. After all he’s done for us you think he would get 10 games (which consists of a win and point away from home in 3 games). Thank god you’re not in charge.

You didn’t but you’d would expect Doug to sack him… after 10 games (of better than average form btw)
