My managers would give me all the support I need to get through it but i wouldn't be allowed to get away with failing to deliver the objectives set for me.

To be fair if it was last year assume Adi would have taken over. Who knows what A mark is going on personally and B what offers of support the club has made. My opinion beforehand was these two games had to be 4 points minimum. That was missed, admittedly by a small margin.
