They're about the same, stop trying to pretend Lampard is in anyway a good manager. it's more weird than pretending block 11 is better than the corner.

Pure weirdo behaviour

Yeah Cus comparing Tammy Abraham to Mason Bennett is about the same

The teams were about equal but if you want to pretend Lampard isn't shit as a manager then crack on as we need the entertainment,

If it's the game I'm thinking of it eas extremely unfortunate the way they lost that one, but possibly overcommitted in attack in the last moments of that game, then next season that crash really upset the applecart?

He's nowhere near as shit as is being made out and I would take him over some of the other names I have seen mentioned

Does it really fucking matter? I didn't want Robins to go and I ain't picking the next man... Cheers

He's been gone since Vivash in reality and should have shown loyalty but at least he's got a payout!

Well yeah, that was the career alternative for our signings dating back to ~2021. Those squads were all-in on making MR a success. The current lot all think they should be playing in the PL, and I don’t think too many care if it’s with us or not.

Potter* or Rosenoir off the list earlier

Probably end up with Allardyce and Sammy Lee

*very unlikely

The unavailability of certain players miffed him slightly recently I think, but it's all relative that this was the part of the game since AV's departure!

Rosenior is 2 points off a European spot in Ligue 1 with Strasbourg, he’s probably less likely than Potter.

I won’t write anyone off, even if it’s Lampard I will give them a fair chance.

The two I WOULD NOT want are…
Joey Barton
Troy Deeney

As we need a new manager I'd like a tactician style head coach.

Robin's main area that needed to improve was his in game management. Top sides these days have various formations they play depending on if they have the ball or not. You will likely see a team line up as a 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 with out the ball but move to at 3-2-5 or 3-3-4 when they have the ball.

We seem to just stick to the same formation which makes it easier for teams to shut us down.

Stuff him. If King needs to get anything right it’s to avoid the aforementioned failures. Lampard for one.

It was discussed on here. Highly doubt it's for a head coach role though.

Any other gems? May be something in it then? I’d rather have a young manager but I know nothing about Allardyce/ his way of working.

The fact that Matt Bloomfield is apparently favourite with bookies and we've made an approach is interesting. It will definitely be this profile of manager. Young, innovative and essentially someone happy to work with our model.

Like that. Allardyce is 70 (Not impressed by his stats) and there are some good young managers around.

He’s on a very good run at the moment. Something like 10 or more wins this season.

I wouldn’t worry, we were assured that hundreds of top quality managers would be applying for the role.
