Up until 2020 Skubala was managing University football and then had a spell at Leeds u23.His back story is far more suggesting of being capable. Since 2013 RVN has had various spells in the academy at PSV, Assisted Guus Hiddink at a World Cup, Managed Jong PSV for 2 seasons, managed the first team and was then brought to Man United.
RVN has way more to him than Skubala
