Is Marco Silva good? Was crap at Everton (when they actually had some good players). Has had an awful lot of money at Fulham, but has not done anything special. I remember someone on here tipped ole gunner solskjaar to villa as he'd been spotted at brum International and I banged £20 on at 33-1. Ogs went 1-16 and then turned them down!
