long time lurker...
Has there ever been any discussion with the council / ACL regarding splitting the stadium away from the arena?
For e.g. clearly ACL is losing money having an empty stadium, whilst you would expect the hotel, casino & arena probably are making some profits.
Could ACL split and sell the stadium from the rest of the business thus giving access to 100% revenues for the club....I realise they probably won't, but just curious if it had ever been discussed.
