In the telegraph today that the Ricoh sponsorship has come to an end and the Wasps are looking for a new name for the stadium.
Given that one side of the ground has seats that spell Ricoh, is this going to result in an opportunity to change the seat colours ?

Can I suggest they swap them with some from around block 14-15-16 to spell Choir in that area! !

Given the reported financial situation of Wasps and needing funds to pay for the bonds, I doubt that using sponsorship money for new seats is on their priority list of things "to do".

However a new sponsor might either take it upon themselves to do it, or require it to happen before they will pay up. After all if you are CANNON you are not going to want to sponsor a stadium with Ricoh on the seats....

It will be nowhere near as expensive to spell out a new sponsor as it would be to change all the seats. You're just re-arranging what you've got and then potentially need a few more dark blue ones. If they wanted to they could take the CCFC dark blue ones out and swap them with sky blue ones so they have enough.

Odd the Telegraph didn't speak to Italia, he could have told them all about the new sponsor.
