Do you know what the turnover of ACL has been in the last few years (minus any rent payed by CCFC)

I'm not sure about last yet but c£7.5m in 2011/12(we were still paying rent ~£1m profit) and c£14m in 2012/13 (~£750k profit, we weren't paying rent but they would have benefited from F&B's etc of us being here, plus olympics)

Leicester made £29m losses that year......perhaps that isn't the model we should adopt.

If we can make £5m from the Ricoh, why would wasps give it/sell it to us? And given they paid £6.5m for the lease and 200+ year extension. How likely are they to sell it to us for a fair price that's significantly less what they paid for the whole of ACL?

Before we can do anything we need to get the attendances back by performing on the field.
Sisu need to build bridges particularly with Wasps and us fans.
It means doing things properly, good communication from the club and yes the odd finger buffet would not go amiss.
That means stopping the conflict and knuckling down for a few years.
Get what we can from Wasps at the Ricoh explaining the reasoning and if they can't assist us then we can move on.
But hold the stadium for a couple of years, keep it on the back boiler and give the Ricoh our best efforts.

So when wasps say no we basically keep doing what we've been doing (exception of 1 season) but expect a completely different outcome?

I can't comment as I await some sort of feedback from Sisu on the situation.
Why are they so quiet on everything ?

Our turnover was 10.5m (15,118 average), only doncaster (£8.3m, 9.3k), barnsley ( £8.6m, 10.3k) and peterborough (£10.1m, 9.1k) had lower turnovers.

Stupot, how can you say that with any confidence as CCFC published no accounts?

Apologies £300k out it was £10.8m still the fourth worst.

IIRC the administrators report had a lower figure

Mmmmm. Deflecting the talk back onto the matter of CCFC and its owners from the constant drivle about a Rugby club on a CCFC forum and I'm the moron.

I'm not pretending to complain about people deflecting. I'm utterly pissed of with every thread turning into a bitch about Wasps when the beast within is many more times dangerous to the future of my club.

It's a bit like every thread about the team somehow mentioning Joy Seppalla, Sixfields, The new stadium etc etc etc eh Toni?

It wasn't Wasps action that did that. That was SISU's inaction. All Wasps did was take advantage of a business opportunity that presented itself - thanks to SISU.

So now the owner of CCFC and the propossed new stadium for CCFC are off topic on a CCFC forum. Most unexpected this is.

That I can.

Problem is, those who go headlong into a percentage game of 100% are often as not the eejits who'd being in failures of the past, random property developers, and generic mentalists.

All the while shouting SISU OUT before crying about the next set of failures, and wondering why us.

I'm a property developer and I have and still shout sisu out, but will never cry about our failures as I am used to that after 47 years of supporting the City.

Oh and yes 100% Sisu's own fault.

Oh and should you wish to rent a house or flat in Coventry or Derby give me a call as I haven't lost them yet!!

Who are they BFRS ?

The two or three hundred extra fans they have benefitted from over the last year are purely down to the actions of a certain Mr Fisher .

I am not on about people who attend games. I am on about those on here who are suddenly devastated by the damage that could be caused to CRFC despite never attending a game.

A lot of people who are into Rugby will watch any decent game without actually supporting a team.I keep switching over to catch some of the Villa/Leic game but do not support either. We go to Twickenham as often as we can get tickets, we go to watch Cov Rugby when we can, but still a City fan. If you had gone to see Cov RUgby yesterday you would have see a lot of City fans and a win with 92 points scored.

I asked Jeremy Wilton (Chief Operating Officer) what Wasps are doing to encourage Sisu to keep CCFC at the Ricoh.
He said Wasps were not talking to Sisu just the football club. Pitch was a prime example.
Pushed him on football related incomes and he said the deal the club has is for 2 years with an option of another 2 and does already include some football revenues.
It was already in place with ACL when Wasps took over. He agreed that a win win situation should be encouraged for both clubs.
In his general address he said ...
The Ricoh is now home for Wasps
Wasps will have the highest turnover in the Premiership
Pitch worse than expected. Dual use grass planned.
Moving towards 20,000 for first match

Are they though BSB ,remember Fishers Chinese wall ?

Doesn't It just accentuate the remoteness ,inability ,redundant role he occupies where he is only able to communicate/Negotiate via the

boardroom ,SCG ,SDG.

An extremely small sphere, of no influence to the Club ,only the outside aims of whatever he and ARVO wish to achieve for themselves .

For me none of that aligns to benefitting the Club .

I can't believe he's getting such an easy ride for his failing while everyone focus's on the other party.

May have something to do with the ploy of making a conditional offer on something they knew they couldn't get ,said they didn't want and

most likely couldn't afford, producing very little benefit to the club while the owners Flipped the asset .JMO.

Don't get me wrong Wingy, I dont like Wasps, and have my own personal view on why, but I loathe and detest our owners with passion.

I cannott stand Fisher and all he stands for, but when you say he is getting an easy ride, I am honestly at a loss on what to do to stop him getting an easy ride. We are well and truly shafted, and I would be happy to hear any reasoned argument on what we can do

Well It's either me/Us who are out of kilter and he should be embraced and Encouraged further .

Or we share the vast majority of fans present and lost opinion on how damaging and divisive he's been to us/among us .

Whether or not It would succeed would require a campaign (not sure anyone has the fight /spirit left) for more of that ,or what form it

would take .

Maybe in the form of Identifying a Local successful Business person /Entrepreneur to get behind first, (new of course) then challenge him

through the bodies he currently interacts with .

But there would be a benefit from It should he go, may not be long term but who knows, a boost of at least 5k on gates for a start, we're

back and we need a new start, Impossible with him at the helm .

Is It even possible without blood on the carpet and done through Co Investment ?

That's as far as I can get with it moff.
