They could have used money from the season before, which means you did fund it. Especially if they paid rent or money to Northampton before a ticket was sold.

Anyone interested in knowing all the information out there here's what Gary Hopkins had to say when the deal started stalling "I think it is important for fans to know that the delay is primarily the responsibility of the Manhattan Sports Group aligned to the very complicated financial solution that is required to ensure that the club is underpinned correctly and can move forward with confidence." Seems to be implicating that there was financial issues.

Where does £4M a year into ACL come from? I thought our rent was considerably less than that although still substantial and OTT. Can anyone explain that figure?
