'Brian was the club really £60 million in debt when you left as people in Coventry are saying?'

'Absolute rubbish. That would have been unsustainable for the size of the business.'

'But Brian I have the fully audited and signed off 2002 balance sheet - clearly showing £60 million in liabilities owed'

'Fake news.'

Basically he is saying that it's everyone else's fault except him.
Apparently everything was fab until he was ousted from the board-only after then did it all go wrong.
