As I sit here waiting for my new Cov shirt complete with Keogh on the back I thought I never told you guys the story behind it..

Basicaly, last game of the season against Norwich I put a bet on at the ground as I always do, I just so happened to stick a fiver on Keogh as first scorer ! Sure enough it came in and I ended up winning myself a couple of hundred quid, I thought after the game I was probably the happiest Cov fan in the world at that moment until I saw the bloke in front of me in the Labrokes queue had £20 on him as first scorer !! Thinking that's a bit odd I said to him "You must have really fancied him to bag a goal today to stick £20 on him !" to which he replied "Yeah I put £20 on him every week, Richard's my lad" Obviously I thought he was talking tripe and he continued "Yeah he's my son, he told me he was gonna get one today" by this time I'd realised the resembalence between the two of them was uncanny so I said to him, tell you what as your lad won me a couple of hundred quid today I'll have his name on my shirt next season, I pre-ordered it the next day...

Nice bloke

Keogh was a bit of a goal threat at set pieces for Carlisle and I know for us he's hit the woodwork about 5 times and had a few cleared off the line so he's deffo for a go at big odds! Same for Wood, every match I go to I back Wood to score first/last. He's our biggest threat from set pieces IMO and he's usually about 20-25/1

If he put £20 a week on him scoring then he must have lost a lot more more than he's won, good commitment anyway though
