If we want to seriously get anywhere, then ..... all the ones highlighted from your list must be gotten rid of. The rest left on the list we should keep.

Yea I don't think its a big deal, it will probably be a list of players who aren't being offered a new contract and players who are being offered a new contract.

Spot on mate. I would say that he will only keep those he can't improve on for the same money or less. So goodbye to most of them.

Keep the younger players and let just about all of those not under contract go. Offer Reda a 20% pay rise. But divide it between the games and then offer it as a pay as you play. If he plays half the season he has a pay cut. If he plays the whole season thinking about we have a very good player for 20% more than a good player that only plays half a season. A player that could easily help get us promoted.

The rest can be replaced.

I think that is a fair estimate of things. I certainly believe Barton and Nouble should go, I might be tempted to give Finch a bit longer to develop.

something tells me TM will give either Barton or Nouble another chance...but hope he doesn't. Perhaps it is me being paranoid?
