Just a shame about the first 10 games 7 points. But the silver lining was we got Mark Robins

More like first 8 games 3 points.

Time for some of our fans to work out what has happened since. I would consider it to be a disaster if we don't at least make the top 6. All the top 6 sides are dropping points. We are beating all the teams near the top. Yet some still think we will not make the top 6

Will you be leading the "Robins out" chants if we miss out then? We acknowledge the handicap from the first 8 games, which is why some of us (~35% last poll) think we may just miss out.

I think we can catch the top two.....all the top teams in this league are dropping points. But being a Cov fan for 40 years i know how predictions can kick you in the knackers.

good point, but i can understand fans being sceptical given that the last few seasons have been nothing but disappointment after disappointment, i think that belief is starting to set in.

No, because any mature, or worthwhile fan would be intelligent enough to know we had an 8 game handicap, and at least 15 games to get playing 'the Robins' way'.

It would be disappointing - no argument here - but, for him to get sacked that be a disgrace.

I don't understand this "we're definitely going to make the play-offs" stance that quite a few fans seem to be adopting. We've still played more games than all but two teams in the division and more than all of the teams above us. Also, our form against the weaker sides is appalling.

Results went better than expected with the teams above us, but teams bellow us with games in hand could overtake us fs. This is the danger

They've got to play eachother so I'm not too worried, teams will drop points, now most are only have 2 games in hand, which will be reduced to 1 or 0 when we play Crewe in the JPT.

We have won our last 2, so that can be the cue for a run, I hope so anyway.

Got to be careful of the likes of Yeovil, Walsall and Leyton orient as they are picking up sneaky results!

Walsall will drop places when teams play their games in hand.

I'm not worried about Orient, but I'll be worried about Yeovil if we don't beat them.

If we keep picking up points the way we are, top 6 is easy. Top 2 should not happen. But who knows.............
