Dave I fear you are right, what we needed is some stability and what ACL are doing is the ultimate in un stability for any football clubthink -10 is the least of our problems. SISU are likley to be the biggest creditor and if they don't agree a CVA we're looking at -25, that's of course assuming the administrator can find a buyer. if not we're looking at liquidation. the language ACL are using regarding a new buyer doesn't fill me with confidence.

What's shit? The fact Chris Brady said it, or what he said? Are you more of an expert than the football business expert? (That billing doesn't necessarily make him right, but it makes him worth listening to).

No, it's because someone dared say something against his beloved ACL.
i support the sky blues m8 not any other team i am however a realist and read as much as i can before making my mind up pity others dont
ACL have done this over the fear of liquidation. They are taking a big risk with their cash cow, aren't they?
No, it's because someone dared say something against his beloved ACL.
Where do ACL keep getting this idea of liquidation from?
Did he actually speak out against ACL? I didn't hear him do so. He criticised the model, but surely that's there to be changed by negotiation:either at the time of any party buying the club, or candidly and honestly thereafter? Which the current owners failed to do on both counts
That is basically what he said...that revenue streams that should go to the club are going to ACL who are then happy to crow about making a profit, said he would not touch CCFC with a barge pole under the current set uptorch thats shit and you know it who you winding up this week
Of course it can, but realistically can ACL offer a better deal to new owners than the one that was on the table before negotiations broke down?
If they do, how can they justify inflicting a points deduction on the club only then to accept a deal worse than what SISU were prepared to agree to? That would be an absurd outcome, unless you subscribe to the view that getting SISU out is more important to them than long term rent income. Perhaps it is.
Either way, item 1 on the agenda should new owners come in will be Ricoh rent and the issue of matchday revenues. Will be interesting to see how that unfolds.

Well as long as it is done by the 27th March it will come off this season won't it.
To be quite honest we are all guessing as to whether it will be done by then aren't we?
The bloke on Twitter last night was saying this season. Fact is, none of us know and we are just assuming.

He criticised the model alright. ACL get all the profits from our club and brag about it!
