Being able to and wanting to are two totally different things.

It seems to me that they don't want to. Otherwise they would have waited to sort out the long term rental before making more noise with JR2. Isn't it strange that it suddenly comes up when it looks like Wasps are ready to crack on with talks.....

Bet the J R 2 is helping the season tickets sales immensely as well
