so, are we to determine from that....

1) SISU stopped paying rent and ACL have clawed back £300k of the missing rent from those two.?
2) The club have been instructed to pay £590,000 to ACL by the end of this month to cover the unpaid rent as a condition of competing in the Football League (today) ?

Appleton would, or at least should, have known the balance of what was owned to ACL and made the CVA offer accordingly so I can't see this impacting on what is owed by the end of the month.

EDIT, it was the club that stopped paying the rent, not SISU

the 2 are not connected. what MM & GR have paid was for loss of earnings not loss of rental income as per an arrangement between ACL and them personaly. the £590K is what the FL have insisted that otium pay ACL as part of their arrangement for issuing the Golden share to otium.

£590K I would think. In any case the payment the FL isn't strictly speaking the rent is it? Just happens that they stated a payment must be made that is the same amount as in the CVA.

Once the CVA was rejected nothing was technically owed it was a condition imposed on the club the the league. The real question of course is did Appleton know about the payment when the initial figure was calculated.

so when the club withheld the rent, they knew that ACL wouldnt chase them for it, they could chase these two ?

Have ACL a good reason to reject the CVA - they were getting money via the back door anyway. Wonder why when Peter likes keeping the fans informed didn't mention this? Perhaps he forgot.

They did chase the club - hence the administration action.

i think (and someone correct me if i'm wrong) ACl were chasing it, hence sisu called a debt in that they owed to themselves putting Ltd into admin.

so, CCFC withhold rent, ACL chase CCFC, CCFC go into admin due to unpaid rent, ACL reject admin CVA, ACL claim loss of earnings off these two ?

that right ?

No the club went into administration only because of the action started by ACL.

Would be happy as a tenant in a pub that couldn't claim any revenue from the people it attracted in? Also id check who is responsible for those updated. Club has to pay ground maintenance as part of those management charges.

Its a shit deal. Don't pretend otherwise.

We don't know what the deal is yet. The Poker game is still going on. There is a difference between maintenance, and rebuilding or adapting tp whatever conditions apply in 30 to 40 years time. If you had maintained the West Stand from the sixties onwards, it wouldn't have made any difference in 2005 at the Ricoh.

No the club went into administration because SISU failed to pay the rent. When ACL went after them they could have done a deal and no Adminstration would have happened, as SISU appointed Mr Appleton it means they put CCFC into adminstration, as that is the only way you can put your guy in charge of the adminstration. So you are wrong Grendel.

ACL could have gone to the courts to get the debt paid, but Joy was hinting about send the club bust. So ACL decided the courts would have been a waste of time.

Seriously the amount of bullshit on here and denial is hilarious.

The club was issued with the order by ACL and Guilfoyle was lined up as administrator. The only reason the club was put in administration by its creditors was to ensure they got Appleton.

Denial is tiresome and pointless.

had it got as far as issued? surely if it had ACL would have been incharge of the Admin process and not Sisu.

ACL had decided on their preferred administrator, he was on CWR a couple of days before. SISU beat them to the punch by putting Ltd into admin - that's when they chose Appleton.

Lets face it Ian. CCFC Ltd was always going to end up in administration the moment the rent stop being paid. If it wasn't why didn't sisu agree a settlement on rent owed and a new rental contract to move forward with. why did they put themselves in admin and controll the process process by appointing Appleton. And then even more telling, who benifited from the admin process? it wasn't the club, otherwise we would be debt free would we not? it wasn't ACL because we know now that they stand to recover their loses anyway through what otium have to pay them in return for the Golden share (assuming that does get paid), from the escrow account and as we've learned today from MM and GR. so aside from PA (who's always going to benefit from administration as thats his job) who else benefitted?

someone has to benefit otherwise there is no point in the administration.

Yes - the club benefitted by being released from the 42yr lease. A quite heavy burden - 42 times £1.2m.

And nothing to do with SISU wanting out of the rental agreement or not paying rent?
