Seen this on youtube. Boing video, but got to love the version on play up sky blues they use as their theme music

I can remember presenters Ian Clarke,Johnnie Gould, some chap with ginger hair and my mate Clive Skelhon.
I have loads of old tapes from the Sky Blue Diary,featuring reserves matches with Nigel Jemson,Sandy Robertson (remember him).
and pre-season games v Benfica where we got hammered,and a 6-1 win at Aberdeen

I remember Sky Blue Diary. Friday night at 6pm I think it was?

I remember the channel being called Channel 10 Coventry by then.

Random, but think I was on that playing In some cov u13 v Whitley juniors 6 a side Warwickshire cup type final....(I was in sticks for Whitley not cov I may add. Dissapointingly Lost the tape though.

We won

They also filmed the kit launches from Highfield road loads turned up to meet the players.
The players were gods in them days,funny how things turn out not many players went on to better things.

I was interviewed by them before a game once, was well chuffed because I got the score and goalscorers exactly right (Salako and Soldvette!). Bastards didn't even show it!
