Refurbed PC/Laptop (1 Viewer)

I am looking to upgrade my computer to a newer/faster one, someone recommended looking at refurbs.

I only want something to generally use internet and play some games on. At the minute, Total War franchise and Age of Empires etc. So doesn't have to be a dedicated "gaming" PC per se, but would like a decent spec for future releases.

Any websites/national companies that you guys have used and would recommend would be great, also any particular units

Either really, Laptop would be more practical space wise, but would consider both.
