All just stuff coming out about premiership refs being too friendly with prem managers is hardly surprising.
I think it would help if rather than having a pool of premier league refs you just have a pool of football league refs. That way you only have a ref at most once a season and no one would really know who they are.
After all the saying that the best refs are the ones you don't notice is very true.
