Just found this on the BBC site. Nigel Owens, referee for the World Cup Final, showing how it should be done. I think you can safely say he doesn't stand any messing

Also interesting the players refer to him as sir

I so wish referees were in charge like this for football matches.

It's the same too in American Football. They don't stand any messing at all.

This is one of those things, like diving, that could easily be cut out. Start dishing out cards, big fines and suspensions and you'd soon see it stop.
