2 pens ignored.
Furlong allowed to do what he wants.

Kitching booked early, their players weren't for worse.

Honestly there needs to be an investigation.

I think the referees are purposely banding against us to prevent us getting promoted.

The bar for getting a penalty seems amazingly high with refs at the moment. Its crazy that that with all the attacking play we've had this season for us to only have had one penalty. The fouls on Wright & Sakamoto, together with the manhandling of Woolfenden with the Ipswich marker pulling his shorts down were all fouls, and would have been given as such anywhere else on the pitch.

I've said it other threads the one where Furlong threw himself to the floor so badly EMC stood over him only for the ref to give a foul as fucking baffling

The one last night where Torp had the ball - got tackled but the ball bounced out in favour of Torp but he gave them a foul - unless I missed something

I think that was the one where the ball hit the ref, so he had to give them possession from a drop ball.

The argument years ago with someone like Man Utd was “they spend so much time in the opposition’s box they’re bound to get penalties”. We’ve had (by quite a long way) the most touches in the opposition box this season and had 1 penalty. It just doesn’t scan correctly.

The refs seem to have been directed to ignore players on the floor of late.

Something about our luck with these kind of things. KKH having to go off. Also remember a couple of seasons back (think it may have been NYD v Middlesbrough) Wright sat down for treatment and the ref booked him for timewasting. Had to go and sit on the advertising boards. Ended up out for a few games injured.

No chance.
The most natural position for your arm to be in.

Really??
Short of amputating his own arm, what is he supposed to do?

A reminder:

If refs are told (correctly IMO) to allow accidental contact with the hand or arm when it's naturally at a player's side, it begs the question why so many defenders ludicrously cross their arms behind their backs.

I thought there was a back pass too. Yes lati wins the ball but it's a poke back to Rushworth rather than an actual tackle.

Ref signalled straight away to Rushworth that he was ok to pick it up, though I was surprised.
