When is Reda back? We need him as a matter of urgency. We are a shambles without his leadership. Plain and simple!

Thought at the time of his sending off during the Scunthorpe match that it could cost us past that game if we lost.

Not trying to say he cost us all 3 games, but that madness of the that one game obviously cost us then, but there was a knock on effect following that game and he has been a big loss on the pitch since. His absence has most certainly contributed to our demise and of course he is to blame for that absence.

You need leaders in a team and he is definitely one of them. Besides him we then have O'Brien and then I think after that you'd be stuggling to come up with many more.
