Discovered that 2 bottles of bud and a bacon sandwich helps

Went to bed yesterday morning a 09.30 and woke up at 4pm

I worked nights for a couple of months 15 years ago. I slept brilliantly (this was in the middle of summer too).

Hardly got a wink last night.
God knows why been sound for a couple of months.
Had to ring in and lose a days wage.
Just not fit for it, luckily not too pressurised on deadlines at the moment.
Still a pisser though.

Yep.
Then tucked up by 9-9-30
I feel like I could get in now but it'd only be for 3 hrs currently.
Think I just get stressed then go to bed and If I don't get straight off, stressed even more and so on and so on.
