I think I'm pretty accurate in saying both Councils are Socialist. Everton's owners are at least sympathetic to their cause. Our owners are out-&-out capitalists...& ne'er the twain shall meet.

Not looking to move to an new stadium on the edge of Liverpool built with funds from a new Tesco store anymore then. I wonder why?

I think you have to consider very strongly the case that if Everton cant get funding for a new stadium without a government grant and the local council giving them commercial support what chance of TF's pie in the sky bowl ever being built.
