Thats a first. The EFL actually using the fit and proper owners test.
Perhaps Sisu fancy another go if rumours are true

Too little too late as usual & it will be the club who suffers. He failed the PL owners test to buy Hull then just months later sails through the EFL's owners test with barely the raise of an eyebrow. Shocking.
