If we protest we protest properly 10000 fans all singing the same and if we have to cause problems for sisu we are not looking at admin we are looking at no club liquidation means nothing left that's past admin status

If Sisu leave or we get put into admin, would any potential buyer be willing to pay £1.3m rent per annum?

well on the basis ACL have repeatedly said they are willing to talk about it I doubt they would have to

But if sisu leaves and if ccfc is restructered, ACL will have to write down the £1m+ anyway plus most likely accept a rent much lower than the reported 50% offer.

Think you will find ACL have restructured so as not to need CCFC

That was done so as to put ACL in the position we are now at pay or go

Chant what exactly ! Sisu Out ? Why ? Because they won't pay a stupid ridiculously inflated rent ? I wouldn't pay my Council Tax if they trebled it - it's called making a point !
ACL are requesting 1.2 million (approx) , there's no negotiation there or discount !
We could sing - we're Coventry City we chant if we want ! But it's meaningless but it's something to do I guess.

It will get you on the news, but it won't change anything. If SISU don't want to pay up or can't; it ends there.

Council tax is down to council tax banding. Band A you get what you pay for. You move into a band H place mind and you're looking at paying a HELL of a lot more. The Ricoh is Prem quality = get what you pay for - soon to be nothing and nowhere.

You would just get taken to court and forced to pay.

Rubbish!!
1. SISU knew what the rent was when they bought the club and they didn't complain them. No-one has tripled the rent , where did you get that idea from/
2. It's their mismanagement that got us relegated and made the rent situation worse.
3. ACL have offered to lower the rent and SISU have walked away as they have also done in their 'discussions' with Higgs offer buying their share of the ground.
4. £1.6m is what's owed, they've defaulted on their obligations that they agreed to when the bought the club.

Get a grip!

Bollox !!

1. I never said they had tripled it ! I was using that example as changing circumstances would cause me to stick to my guns and fight my corner.
2. We have had the arguments over relegation - done and dusted, move on - we are where we are.
3. How much lower was the rent ACL offered ? My guess is not much. Tonight on the radio they were demanding the full amount, no discounts.
4. 1.6 mill now ! That's the highest figure I've heard quoted anywhere.

Yes I am pissed off about Sisu's past but of course they are playing hard ball - ACL have to get realistic. They don't have anybody else on standby to take the clubs place so they have no choice but to show realistic concessions.
What pisses me off more are the deluded that think Sisu are going to keep shelling out no matter what despite the sulky brigade who refuse to go to games. This is their perfect platform to showboat again !
The club will still be here in 12 months time - this is gamesmanship !

Oh, get a grip !

due to the fact SISU have alienated a hell of alot of fans the protests should be louder than before seen as they have closed most of the stands and put all the remaining fans together in one area to sing together

With you all the way Kepit 2 Yusen! 7 years of paying 4 times what should have been paying, if I worked for SISU, I would say we are well in credit!

The truth is if it was the old bumbling board the fans would be on the clubs side and would be banging on the Council House Door.

With SISU however it is a different story. They are so unpopular (and rightly so) fans can only see them and fail to see the ultimate consequence of this.

No one will invest even if the rent was half the quoted figure. It is unsustainable as a business model. Ultimately it will cripple the club totally.

Sisu are cunts and hav seriously mismanaged our club. BUT, ACL gas bled our club dry to line thier own pockets. And anyway how can they be in det after all the money made from the Olympics? Seems a bit fishy to say the least..

& sisu are using the strategic intransigence scenario as a bargaining tool,
thus,their unpopularity will only increase,
& i suspect they will proffer being unable to sign players because of high overheads
