I think I would rather believe Ranson so far in this.

Brody keeps going on about the Dynamic not working...He is very good at dodging the question..

Brody is very patronising...

He likes to use business speak / jargon a lot but never really answers a question but he hopes to see us in the Premier League within 2 seasons...

Two seasons for promotion...... are these clueless wankers really in charge of Coventry City FC? :jerkit::jerkit::jerkit::jerkit::jerkit:

Thought Brody actually sounded alright when he first came on, then Ranson came on and basically discredited a load of what he was saying, and Brody went backtracking whilst trying to make it seem like he wasn't. And now my head's all in a spin. Don't know who to believe! Can't wait for a ball to be kicked tomorrow and for football to actually be about football again.

Brody on now ..........I'll try my best, but here goes !!

feelngs about wed ?

"not 1st time i have been to Cov. A lot of issues that fans need answers on. Importnat for s to get in front of everybody"

Twitter ??

"fan base on twitter is really positive and sceptical but open to a new era. Odd person with a gripe, but we are attenpting to address that"

Future of theclub, what is it, where are we going ?

"good question, geting funding until the end of the year was a lot of work. SISU continue to finance loses of the club. Look financially on quarter by quatre basis. CURRENTLY TODAY we have a solid owner. CLUB IS NOT FOR SALE. We welcome smart money to build world class facilities, but majority control is not for sale"

If Hoffman got money, and wanted control, is that ruled out ?

"in the short term, YES. SISU have an investment, not just being sold to the highest bidder"

Ownership of the Ricoh, how are you going to achieve that ?

"I am new here, only speak for CCFc when i say we are interested in the stadium, work in partnership with community and brings economic development to the region like to O2 in London. Its a hub, not just football, but for the region"

Council say "no meeting" ?

"seems to be pre occupation with focus on everything which is what is not important. All of this arena talk is a distraction, we need to win games. Council meeting is a miscommunication. We have real issues we have to resolve and a relegation battle we need to be ready for"

RR on later, what did you mean by wed comments....

"I dont know Gary Hoffman, only met him once. I have respect for Ray, as a football MANAGER. They are not personal comments, they were about instititional failure which was an organistational set back where results were not being delivered. Look at the last decade, results speak for itself. Nothing to do with Hoffman or RR personally. It didnt work, it wasnt working. Insanitity is defined by doing the same things but expecting the same results. Time for the new era"

RR is on the line...................

RR- " want to put my side of the events, disapointed by the comments. This is a critism of me and Gary and how we squandered £30 million. No debts owning to the tax man. Financially the club does not have a overdraft, but £15 million worth of creditors.

On the field and the ricoh ownership, its not moved on ?

"RR - Money has been spent, and my arguement is how it has been spent. Should have been more investment early doors in squad and arena"

Brody "Financial club is better than in 2007, due to the £30 million investment from SISU. Time to move forward.....Live a die by my own sword, if in 1 year we are not getting results, I will move aside"

How much do you expect to invest to get to the premiership

Brody - "realistic and intention to get there in 2 seasons. In terms of how much money, its dificult to know"

He is saying it will be different people who will invest in the stadium compared to people who will invest in the players...

It was sisWHO. The consortium that RR has got so fed up with he has left the club - £1mil+. So I think you can cut RR out of that and leave it as "and Co".

RR why did you resign ?

"Forced on me to resign. Only wanted me for 6 weeks. Dont want to mislead fans so might as well part compnay now"

Dissapointed not to be involved now ?

"of course, for anybody to question Hoffman is staggering, he has ran Barclays, his is CCFC through and through."

Ranson said that he had lined up Andy Carroll and had an option to buy Jordan Henderson but SISU wouldn't splash out!

He is saying if he had his way he would have all of the players on long term contracts like Jack Cork, Scott Dann, Westwood, Danny Fox, Henderson, Carroll

Now it seems that there is a definite anti-Brody feeling on this board but I thought he answered the questions posed to him pretty straightly. Now Ranson is out of a job he can say whatever he likes as he has nothing to lose, he will always come across well.

He speaks well, but I don't think he answered the questions that were asked..

Ranson has no intention of a takeover but if Gary Hoffman gets investors he will of course help but he has other business interests he is focused on.

Wow, I'm amazed we declined to sign Andy Carroll and Jordan Henderson!! Imagine what could have been if these transfers happened!! Can sense how pissed off Ranson is and its about time someone was as honest and open as he's being now, albeit now he has left the club!

Ranson says everybody get behind the team as Thorn has got the players motivated and put smiles on faces and we will see some attractive football..
