Colchester born Coventry fan, sat in home end and had a miserable time

Murphy 5, not at fault for both goals but both went straight through him, to his credit did alot of organizing
Willis 4, bloody awful in posession
Clarke 4, errors in between good play so inconsistant
Webster 4, shocking error early, always shaky
Seaborne 5, slow and doesnt inspire
Adams 4, not effective in any way
Petrasso, 5 willing but had to come inside for all too much, was well marked
Thomas 5, first time i've seen him play poorly
Fleck 7, deserves better
Wilson 6, shudave equalized
Akpom 4, fucking shambles, flicks to nobody

all in all a very immature performance, alot of players moaning at each other, start was pathetic but had enough chances to draw the game, we hoofed the ball from the back to Wilson neck high too many times, worst ive seen us this season

My son and I made the short trip up from Chelmsford. Its been a while since we've seen the sky blues and neither of us could believe just how bad Webster was. Was he carrying a knock or something? We both agreed probably the worst player we have ever seen.

quite harsh tbh...a lot of players deserved more than you gave them...were you watching the same game?

Murphy 6 - nothing he could do about the first one, maybe could of done better on the second
Willis 7 - thought he played quite good, lost the ball at half way line and sprinted all the way back and put in a decent challenge to win back possession
Clarke 4 - agree with you on this one
Webster 3 - blame him completely for first goal..was just jogging back...but he came out fighting in the second half and stepped up his game a bit
Seaborne 5 - didn't really take his role of captain particularly well...
Adams 5 - shouldn't of been in the position he was, but played okay for being out of position
Petrasso 6 -made a couple of decent runs, kept getting caught by their number 3!
Thomas 3 - lacked confidence, came of far too late in my opinion
Fleck 6 - didn't really notice anything he did to be honest...
Wilson 4 -i know he has just came back from injury but the lad should of had a hat trick, or at least played the ball across the box on the last attack
Akpom 6 - just kept running and running, dont know where he got his energy from, played a couple of nice balls in

First half was probably one of the worst I've seen all season. Was ready to boo them off until Callum's goal which we hoped would change the game. Better second half and should have at least gained a point against a poor Colchester side.

Murphy 6 - although left exposed for both goals, feel he may have done better.
Willis 6 - not convinced about him at right back but thought he did ok
Clarke 6 - again not a left back but I feel he is fairly composed on the ball and reads the game (said similar after the Tranmere game when he was also harshly rated!)
Webster 3 - DREADFUL!! Probably one of the worst defenders ever to wear a City shirt.
Seaborne 4 - See Webster!!
Petrasso 5 - Totally marked out of the game by Dickson (No.3) Only got past him twice
Fleck 7 - Easily our best player, again.
Thomas 6 - Vast improvement on Tranmere! But loses possession too easily.
Adams 5 - Not a left winger. Didn't really know where to play.
Akpom 6 - Some good touches but not a threat
Wilson 6 - Great goal but missed opportunities.

Refering back to our central defence, we are prob worse than last season. Thought Wood and Edgenguele were poor (still got vivid memory of Shrewsbury 4-1) but can't really say that I've seen a good performance from either Webster or Seaborne this season.

He was carrying a big knock to his knee so he was not on top form !!!

Wasn't Webster supposed to have had a neck injury and was doubtful to be playing at all?

I went also and here is my view for what its worth.

Murphy didn't do nothing all game except pick the ball out of his net twice and some goal kicks.

Webster I think we all agree had a mare why he jogged back for the first goal really annoys me still.

Clarke at left back just doesn't work.

Seaborne is ok but needs better players around him.

Willis again ok but needs experience and isn't a right back at all.

Adams on left wing baffles me and others. Just simply isn't the grade for me.

Thomas is shocking and never liked him and fleck is a one man midfield to me.

Fleck was very good and runs midfield on his own.

Petrasso I like. Didn't happen on Saturday really but can see defo a good player. Please sign him.

Wilson and akpom both played well and Wilson missed 1 sitter and 1 at the end was a great chance. Akpom only 18 clearly will feature a lot from now and arsenal rate him with good reason. Lucky to have them both.

In all going forward always look dangerous and willing in the main but defending is worst ive ever known and no clean sheet for the rest of the season for me quite obviously. All about Wilson keeping fit and scoring enough to keep us up.
