I've been a fan of Bassett, thinking he was the answer to our goals, but if you cant beat a keeper on a one on one when you have the advantage of momentum and the keepers static, then I'm afraid you just aren't up to it. You should at his age have a few tricks in your locker, a step over, shimmy, drop of the shoulder disguise something to give you the advantage to send him the wrong way, but he has absolutely nothing and his going to ground at every challenge is now just getting on my nerves.
He's very raw but there's a player in there. Needs a bit of coaching and he'll come good. At least he puts a load of effort in too, and clearly shows he cares with some of the frustration. Bollocks.20's plenty old enough to know how to go around a keeper ffs. If you don't know basic stills by that age you never will. Yes you learn how to time runs, interact play and draw opponents, to make space for yourself and others with coaching, but dribbling?..... no that's something you either have or haven't. And he hasn't.

Robbie Keane was 19 when he went around the keeper for two of his first three goals for us. That said, he'd probably played significantly more games than Bassette at that point.Hes just turned 20.
