Assume (hope) you’re still talking about Hamer and not Dabo. He was comfortably a 7.. if we win or get a draw he’d get a 7 without question there. It’s only because we lost it clouds judgement. He was a class above again and probably the only player on the pitch that can create that chance he did for O’Hare who took way too long and fluffed it.you rated him far too high. He had a ooor game.

A few players were really poor, but most were ok. Things didn't always come off for O'Hare, Hamer and Gyokeres but at least there was hope when they were involved.Were we really that bad tonight?! I thought we did quite well against a very good side at this level.
Think they are fair ratings but is probably put O’Hare up to a 6Moore 6 (thought he could have been more decisive at times but don't really think he could have kept out both goals)
Kane 6 (a couple of decent interchanges and one good piece of cover play but otherwise mediocre)
Hyam 5 (2 good blocks, particularly the one in 1st half but totally bullied by Davis)
Rose 5 (some dire passes but did improve as game went on)
Bidwell 8 (another solid performance)
Dabo 8 motm (defended very well against a very good player)
Sheaf 6 (best hit shot from us. Some decent moments but generally quiet)
Hamer 5 (most ineffective game for a while. Nice pass to O'Hare though late on)
Allen 5 (passing not up to usual standard. Should have scored)
O'Hare 4 (one decent pass to Gyokeres but nearly every other time he lost the ball through bad control or passing. Should have scored at least 2)
Gyokeres 6 (held the ball up really well but thankless job when those around weren't able to make use of it. Missed good early chance)
Tavares 5 (doesn't look comfortable when the ball isn't played to feet. One nice piece of skill, which Maatsen squandered)
Maatsen 4 (looked disinterested to me. Didn't see anything constructive)
Howley 4 (looked really nervous and some poor first touches didn't help. He kept showing for the ball though)

Was at fault for our first when he could’ve just knocked out for a corner, passing was poor (he literally just panicked and booted it down the line to no one about 3-4 times) and the whole defence was run ragged by Davis, understandbly so - he looks a player.
