Dabo. I think their players kept swapping to have a go on right wing.

Sheaf and jcs played really well.

Wilson a couple of great saves

Everyone was Cafu down the right.

Poor Dabo had one!

Ben Sheaf was excellent 2nd half covering his backside.

Other than the fact we scored more than them... How the fuck did we win??! Derby were literally in their slippers!

Sheaf head and shoulders above the rest. Then JCS. Then the rest. Then Dabo.

We deserved the win. Should have been at least 2 up at ht. They did very little to threaten us. Comfortable for a 1-0

Goddens miss in the first half.

Then second half he randomly stopped thinking he was offside.

Dabo got destroyed and looked like wanted to come off to save further embarrassment

Shipley as per poor, passing poor, bad decision making, poor body language and looked fucked after half hour. Get rid

JCS and sheaf were excellent. Luckily both covered dabo 2nd half so we nullified their threat

Special mention for Eccles too, gonna be some player. Will replace Kelly when he moves on

Dabo so bad today, if you’re not going to give Josh Reid a go watching that then when?

According to the last part of this, we have Kane on loan from Chelsea: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/59914765

Good old BBC.

Sheaf is a very, very good footballer. If I was a club looking at our players, I’d be more interested in him than Hamer, and that’s not a criticism of Gus

Massively improving off the ball and in his tackling. Week on week. Still prone to giving it away but that’s pretty much inevitable given the way we play.

Played some cracking longer balls but still not very accurate with the shorter stuff. Good player to watch

Sheaf and Allen have been very good this season. With OHare and Hamer it’s a good championship level midfield. The issue is their final ball and goals return needs much improving.

Good to see as I didn’t have him down as the tackling/ball winning type midfielder when he came into the team.

He’s solid and competitive. My only concern would be his mobility particularly playing as a wing back. But today was an opportunity missed to test him against championship opponents. He certainly wouldn’t have weakened the team

Sheaf has always been a good player but lately playing more central and seems to be a bit deeper he is emerging into a top player for us along with a fully fit Hamer if we can dig up or loan in an attacking direct midfielder be ideal.

to be fair to him one of the criticisms of him is when he does make a mistake it's usually in an area that causes us an issue, however, today I noticed that some of his misplaced passes were quite adventurous and the sort that if they come off really get you on the front foot.

There was one lovely little ball today with the outside of his foot which he played through the lines to Jamie Allen but the defender read it and just managed to intercept.
Absolutely beyond question him and Hamer are our best midfield pairing though I'm not sure who let Lawrence walk through the midfield for that early chance that Wilson save.

Not sure whether Dabo’s shocker was simply down to being out of position or whether there was something more going on there (niggle, long covid etc). Defo need another lwb

He’s been out of form for ages but is a manager’s favourite
