Murphy 8 - excellent as always, top save first half

Christie 6 - had a tough night up against McQuoid and Richie but was steady throughout

Martin 7 - solid, played when needed to as well as some no nonsense defending

Cameron 7 - block after block after block

Dickinson 3 - so so bad, too slow and have bigger all going forward

Bailey 6 - improved second half when we played it a bit more

Jennings 6 - never stopped but did struggle against bournemouths slick passing

Baker 8 - skippers performance tracked back and attacked with endeavour

Moussa 9 - wonderful performance from Moose all of our best play came through him

Macca 5 - non existent tonight

Clarke 7 - flatters to deceive but you can't fault his finishing...and his link up play improved second half

Bell 8 - 'We thought you were dead' didn't give the ball away and crossed well for the handball

Murphy 8 Excellent
Christie 7 Worked hard
Martin 6 Gave us a physical presence and no nonsense clearances
Cameron 6 improvement on Saturday, perhaps he needs more game time
Dickinson 6 Steady but nearly gifted them a gilt edged chance in first half
Bailey 6 not showing the form he offered earlier in the season
Jennings 7 usual industrious performance particularly second half
Baker 7 okay but needs to improve his passing accuracy
Moussa 7 looked dangerous when running at defenders but guilty of giving the ball away too often
Macca 6 performed okay but nothing special
Clarke 8 hardest I've seen him work and cracking goal
Bell 7 got involved and good passing ability

We made a bright start but were battered for most of the match but a battling performance nevertheless.

Jennings was shocking, gave the ball back to them so many times and jogs around... so slow, sheff hardly touched the ball again. Moussa was superb and Leon worked harder than usual but has no support whatsoever. We were lucky, but it makes a change.

Listening on the radio it sounded like moussa had a shocking 2nd half. Just goes to show theres no substitute for being there.

Definitely. I was there and I'd say moussa was MOM. but I'd probably give it to Leon.

Was listening on the radio so im rating on what i heard
Murphy 8 some great saves
Cyrus 6 didnt hear too much of him. Made a couple of boo-boos but sounded alright
Cameron 8 much improved. Lots of blocks and some decent challenges. Again, a couple of errors but can only be expected, he's hardly played this season
Martin 8 great start for the kid. very solid
Dicko 7 surprised he stayed on. Pure dedication from this lad. Didn't hear to much on him but sounded solid
Baker 7 penalty goal, from what i heard, his passing was a bit off
Jenno 6 didnt hear him mentioned
Moussa 8 great attacking player, worked well with Leon
Bailey 7 held possession well, couple of mistakes but nothing too bad
Sheffers 5 poor set pieces and crossing. Not very good from what i heard. Take him out and put Cody in for the next game
Leon 8 Goal scorer, sounded very dangerous throughout the game and linked up well with Moussa. Disagree with the idea of playing long balls to Clarke all the time but linking with Moussa defo working

Subs:
Bell 6 solid game, decent passing, good start
Cody 6.5 didnt play much but when he came on sounded much improved. Cant wait to see him at The Ricoh
Edje 6 from what i heard solid defence. Consolidated the result

As much as I appreciate your input...as a rule of thumb never try to comment on a game unless you've been there

I've listened to the radio a couple of times whilst being at the game and it's rarely accurate. Personally I never comment on performances unless I was there.

For pities sake he is scoring goals, what does he have to do for you not to put a negative spin on your comment?

Moussa was our best player last night, at times he over ran the ball and might of over played a pass but I thought he was linked with most our good movement. Murphy and Clarke I thought had a good game also, Who was our defender who made that back pass to keeper and went short to their striker? lucky not to go 1-0 down, But whoever started David Bell I thought you were dead, pure genius.:claping hands:

We were there... "three stands, you've only got three stands!"...

Murphy 8 - Some amazing saves kept us in it early on
Christie 7 - Had a tough night, but did enough to keep Ritchie quiet
Cameron 6 - Didn't do a lot wrong, but lacks game time
Martin 6 - Looked okay, shaky start but got into it the more the game went on
Dickinson 6 - Decent enough performance, he's never going to grace the pitch with skill, but worked hard throughout
Baker 6 - Probably the worst game I've seen from Baker for a long time, corners were shocking, passing was just as bad, but kept a clear head to score penalty
Jennings 7 - Worked tirelessly in midfield, but not much end product
Moussa 7 - If Moussa passed the ball more last night, we'd have created much more. High work rate, but ball greedy at times
Bailey 7 - Did what he needed to do, crunched Matt Ritchie early on, which quietened him down a bit
McSheffrey 5 - Terrible game from McSheffrey. I honestly can't see what he added to the performance last night
Clarke 7 - Great finish, but at times looked exhausted. The amount of times we played a ball upto him and he was still strolling back from being offside was disappointing

Subs:
Bell 7 - Changed the game when he came on, kept the ball moving with short quick passes, and created the chant of the season "We thought you were dead..."
McDonald 6 - Should really have scored not long after coming on, and could've had a one on one if Jennings had released the ball quicker
Edjenguele 6 - Not much time to be involved, but performed an amazing body check foul on one of their players

Not negative I just can't understand how he appears to be the ultimate finisher and yet does bugger all outside the box sometimes to the detriment of the team. Tbf he after his goal he had a solid second half and went off to a round of applause

You can see he's played under Pulis at Stoke...just offered nothing apart from lumping up the pitch for Clarke to try and run the channels

Murphy - 8 - Player of the season for me so far

Christie - 7 - Good to have in side as offers extra attacking outlet, defended better than in recent weeks as well
Cameron - 6 - Looked dodgy first half and uncomfortable on ball but made some vital interceptions.
Martin - 6 - Same as Cameron but settled 2nd half
Dickinson - 7 - Solid, know what you get with him, sometimes plays the ball over the top down the channel a bit too often.

Baker - 7 - Not one his technically better games but was committed throughout and worked tirelessly defensively as well
Jennings - 7 - The odd misplaced pass here and there shouldn't overshadow his combative display.
Bailey - 6 - Not one of his better games but as is the story with most of our team last night, his efforts were excellent.
Moussa - 7 - First half excellent, second half he tired and lost the ball when we needed it most.
McSheffrey - 5 - I think its time for a rest for McSheffrey. Out of position constantly and offered little going forward.

L.Clarke - 7 - Took his goal really well and another who looked tired after about 70 minutes.

I agree that he is no Danny Fox but - apart from one atrocious back header which should have resulted in a goal for Tubbs - he defended solidly enough. He may not offer too much going forward, but he is difficult to get past. To his credit, all this was after he was knocked flat in the first minute and needed over 5 minutes treatment - even the pitch got a blood injury requiring treatment!

True True maybe i'm just use to Adams going on a mad run every time he gets the ball

When will Moussa perform well in a home match? Only seen glimpses of ability from him at home.

Adams and Dickinson are like chalk and cheese - if we could combine Adam's offensive skills with Dickinson's no-nonsense defending, we would have a decent left-back. I like Adams a lot, but I have not yet managed to forget how he was pulled apart in the first half at MK Dons by a fast direct winger.
