I'd drop Bailey's to 6. Careless in possession for most of the match and offered little when we didn't have the ball.
McG's goals were class and he battled second half but gives up when he loses the ball where McDonald would chase and had created chances from doing so, I'd still give a 9 though. Other than that I agree, Jennings pleasantly surprised me today as did McSheffrey. Both had great games today, the odd wayward pass aside.

Its so weird to have confidence in a city line up!

it's nice to have a settled team, sounds like they were allover the shop early doors but they have belief now which is so refreshing

I think Bailey an Jennigs have been top class the last 2 league matches, have totally bossed the midfield for the last 2 games

Lets hope it can continue

Murphy-7 good claims and most of the time played the right ball out. Couple of fabulous passed long punts

Christie-8 I do wish he'd think of his pass before marauding but his goal was great!

Adams-7 didn't get forward as well as normal but I do like the way he recovers when he gets caught cause he has pace

Wood-7 good game but felt uneasy when Walsall ran at us

Edge-8 good strong game

Baker-8 took goals well

Bailey-8 battled, passed and looks class

Moussa-7 great first half not sure he came out after half time

Jennings-7.5 good energetic performance

Macca-8 his chasing alone was brilliant! Some of his control was sublime

Goldie-8 took goals well and loved his passion in the almost fight. He does seem to be very much part of the club. Gonna miss him

All did ok but not on enough for a mark

Good win- ref was with us 3rd goal could have been chalked off for push and Goldie was a bit naughty and got yellow

Christie - 7 lovely taken goal, strong defensive display
Wood - 6 alright
Edjenguele - 8 his best game for a while, great tackle, good distribution too
Adams - 7 grew in confidance, unlucky for the og (the ball should never have been lost in midfiled)
Baker - first half 4 , stupid yellow card, lost the ball for their goal, second half 8 great goals and great assists
Bailey - 7 usual solid game, great vision
Jennings - 6 alright
Moussa - 7 a few great runs from wide
McSheffrey - 6 should have been subbed earlier, poor game
McGoldrick - 8 i fear when he goes, we are not preparing anyone to do what he does so well

Yeah I agree. He was outstanding today, Walsall couldn't live with his movement and link up play.
