Giles MOTM for me some don’t agree but for me he’s well ahead of McCallum.

What a result that was

Wilson - 9 - Never a pen, gets there before the player, double save unbelievable
Ostigard - 7 - solid, did well against Placheta, won a lot in the air
Fadz - 6 - Decent performance, couple of poor passes only reason I’d give him a 6 rather than a 7
Hyam - 7 - Solid again
Dabo - 8 - back to the Dabo of last season, strong and threatening going forward
Giles - 9 - MOTM Brilliant performance, exceptional when under pressure, has great balance and can find a yard with ease. Awesome going forward too
Kelly - 7 - So instrumental for us
Sheaf - 6 - suited him being a bit deeper first half, thought he was very tidy on the ball and played nice forward balls first half
Allen - 5 - worked hard as always, but not good enough at this level
O’Hare 7 - some great moments again and caused them problems, always think we’re more threatening with him in the side
Baka - 6 - won plenty in the air but hard work against their back line, and didn’t get much joy

Subs made a big difference, the added energy got us the point. Made up for Biamou!

Anyway, fuck off Keith Stroud and Norwich, and PLAY UP SKY BLUES!!!

Dabo best player on the pitch for me
Watch a big offer come in for him in January. Will test SISU resolve.

Well played Giles and Wilson and great point against top of the table team.

Everyone of the players deserved credit today. Worked hard, ran tirelessly and overcame a questionable penalty. They kept belief and deservedly equalised. 8.5 for Wilson and Giles and 8 for everyone else.

I thought he was amazing first half, best player on the pitch, but Norwich had stopped him from playing in the second half, where as Giles was a threat the whole 90 minutes. Happy to up it to a 7.

Really good performance and good use of the squad. Totally deserved at least a point.

Wilson 9 (Good reaction saves, use of area and distribution. No way was it a pen. In fact a great piece of brave keeping)
Dabo 9 (motm. Wow, he was electric first half. Great pace, strength and skills. Just need him to keep fit)
Giles 9 (his best game this season I think. Defensively sound, took on his marker frequently and some decent deliveries. Very brave with cross that led to goal)
Ostigard 7 (didn't look very sharp first half but did enough)
McFadzean 9 (as far as I could see he had one poor pass all game. Wasn't really challenged as the headed clearance stats show but did what he needed to do)
Hyam 8 ( not as accurate with his passing as normal but pretty secure overall. Some good cover tackles)
Kelly 8 (everything you can ask for from a defensive midfielder. Broke up play, covered defensively and played the ball simply)
Sheaf 7 (lacking a bit if energy but kept possession reasonably well apart from his customary moment)
Allen 6 (busy as usual but lost the ball too many times. Should have scored with header)
O'Hare 8 (worked tirelessly and looked closer to his creative best. Kept the ball better than he has done for many games this season)
Bakayoka 7 (his strength and closing was a problem for the them)

Shipley 7 (some good interplay but didn't get much of the ball)
Walker 6 (not able to get involved)
Jobello 6 (great to see him involved again. Some poor passes to him)
Hamer 7 (looking to affect the game and got himself involved)
Biamou 7 (so pleased for him. Quick reactions to get back on his feet to score)

Getting a Super Max Biamou tattoo? Or more likely composing a 500 word rant about how Max was offside, didn’t mean to get into that position, fell into the ball or something along those lines. And his final sentence will be ‘tap ins when coming on as a substitute dont count to your overall goal tally’
Sorry Grendel I don’t mean the above...I’m just on a Sky Blue high.

Great 1-0 win for the lads, just a shame we only get a point for it.

Wilson - 8 - looked nervous first ten mins, pulled off some good saves to keep us in it and did really well to get his hands to that Norwich ball and not concede a penalty.

Giles - 7 - good going forward. Got mugged off a couple of times by that same Norwich player.

Hyam - 7 - decent as per.

McFadz - 6 - in the first half Norwich played the same ball over the top about 3 times in a row and this is where he comes unstuck.

Osti - 7 - as above because he was involved in some of this and looked nervous with the ball at his feet. Gets a redeeming point because he looks like a scary android and shouts at the opposition when they go to ground from very little contact.

Dabo - 8 - love it when he runs with the ball at his feet. A machine. Hope he can play Tuesday too. Probably will because he's not human.

Kelly - 8 - first name on the team sheet.

Sheaf - 6 - not at his best today. Luckily his mistakes weren't too costly.

O Hare - 8 - kept the ball much better today and his levels of fitness are insane.

Allen - 5 - sorry mate, you shouldn't be near the team at this level at the moment, especially when not match fit. Did okay but doesn't help us retain possession.

Bakayoko - 6 - didn't see enough effort, not aggressive enough. If you closed down the opposition outfield players like you do the goalkeeper you'd be a starter.

Shipley - 6 - did well when he came on.

Walker - 7 - made a difference just with his being there and working hard.

Hamer - 8 - aside from a few daft attempted worldie passes, added bite and helped change the game. His first contribution was a potentially dodgy challenge. He's a horrible little **** and that's why he's popular.

Jobello - 6 - no idea really. Had that one shite touch. He's back though so good to see him on the pitch.

Biamou - 8 - loves scoring an important goal and then just shrugs. So French. Really happy for him. Loves sticking it up to the doubters. Start a riot for us Max.

Robins / Adi - 10 - do not doubt them.

Norwich - 7 - some nice approach play and good passing, especially first half. Better than Bournemouth. Absolutely shite in the second half and no excuses about players missing when we played 60 mins with half our first team missing too.

When you watch the goal back and see the ball thats played by Harmer to Giles and you realise how far we have come since the gloomy days of 2016/17 season! alone for that ball he gets a 7 or 8!

Wilson - 9 - seemed to do everything right, unlucky with the penalty, some good distribution and different type of distribution which mixed the whole play up. Some good saves, looks a bit edgy with a pass back (too close to the goal line) ( Just swore on the radio though)

Dabo - 9 - could have a had a 10 but tired towards the end. Brilliant today, strong, athletic, got the opposition running scared. Quality player.

Ostigard - 7 - good enough.

McFadzean - 7 - strong. Did his job. Hit the post. Good day at the office.

Hyam - 6 - couple of mistakes but did ok. Missed a good chance.

Giles - 8 - great going forward but one or two defensive slips - did well, overall.

Allen - 5 - just not cutting it at this level at the moment. Had a great chance to equalise but not firing on all cylinders. Looks too lightweight.

Kelly - 8 - I thought he did well, good break up of play, Marshalled the team. Better with him in the team.

Sheaf - 5 - some good passing but too easily dispossessed. Needs to sort that out. Missed a sitter. Again, I think he’ll get there in time but not a great day for him.

O'Hare - 7 - good running, seems to panic in front of goal at the last minute. One lucky goal away from getting his confidence back.

Bakayoko - 6 - I’m not sure he’s wired up right. Physically great, some good pressing but then can’t stay onside or pick the right run or pass all of the time.

Subs

Hamer - 7 - he’s just quality in my opinion.

Walker - 6 - surprised he didn’t start. Did o

Shipley - 6 - didn’t do much and I’m not sure about that ‘tache - looks a wrong ‘un who needs his hard drive checking.

Jobello - 6 - nice to see him

Biamou - 8 - gets a high mark for getting a goal. Fair play, he can now tell his kids that he scored in the Championship. He was non-league until late on in life, often non-leaguers end up playing longer into their pro career. (Paul Furlong, Ian Wright, Kevin Phillips).

Bakayoko worked very hard closing down winning headers holding the ball up. Dont mark him down just because it is him. As for Shipley he touched it maybe twice and one of those caused them to counter attack on us with us short in numbers.

I don't have anything against Baka and have often defended him. He did a lot of jogging today. He won the ball a bit and had some nice touches with his back to goal. He had a better game than Allen I think. Could he have done a lot more and worked harder? Yeah I think so.
