Rcc 6.5 - didn't really have a chance with the goal, come off his line well to deal with a few dangerous through balls, no real saves to make
Phillips 5.5 - dived into tackles too easily and had two truly terrible touches (or lack of) in the first half. Been great of late, this wasn't one of his great nights
Ricketts 6.5 solid at the back, drove forward with the ball and good distribution
Stokes 8 - motm & would have been regardless of whether he got the goal. Read play fantastically, several great interceptions, really puts his body on the line, never would have imagined he would be the player he currently is when he first signed
Haynes 6.5 - nowhere near as bad as some others (not on this post) had mentioned. Not fantastic, not bad. Few neat touches going forward, supplied overlap well at times for Murphy, was exposed by JM lack of tracking several times.
Fleck 7.5 - so many great cross field passes, oozes class and composure pm the ball. Dictates play so well. Looked tired towards the end
Vincelot 6.5 - battled well as always, would have been higher but needlessly gave the ball away several times when back was against the wall
Job 6 - worked tirelessly, had two shots that went out for throw ins. Final ball wasn't great. Didn't click between him and Phillips at all
Cole 8 - ran the show for the sixty minutes he was on. Set piece delivery is far and above anyone else at this level, if only we had reda or turner
Murphy 6 - threatened at times and ran at Walsall pushing them back, lacked final product. Tired towards the end but left Haynes exposed
Armstrong 7 - few excellent touches, dropped deep to help create which left a void in front of him at times, not his fault, if I'm being harsh should have scored the chance that he created so well when their keeper made a good save
Maddison 6 - few good touches but came on when Walsall were on the ascendency.
MAF 4 - don't wanna get on anyone's back but he offers a absolutely nothing. Doesn't even hold (block) the ball up well. Few terrible touched, feel like the longer he was on the pitch the worse his rating would be
