Its been a hard year, but its almost over and hopefully 2014 will bring us what we all want; Championship football and a return to The Ricoh (as the fecking home team). So how would you rate our year on and off the pitch? This is my 1st time using a poll in a post so if it goes tits up, you know why haha. Please pick an option for both Off and On Field matters

Not really, cus certain people have certain opinions and although a lot of opinions are similar, not everyones is the same, hence a few different answers. Plus its for the radio show and I need stuff to fill the 2 hours on Boxing Day so this helps and is interesting to me

fair comment mate

i think on the pitch the manager and his players and staff have performed a minor miracle in turning round the 10 points. to do it as quickly as they have and to have us looking up towards the playoffs is unbelievable. we were not far off being dead and buried before a ball was kicked this season with all the off field stuff going on. the manager, staff and team have made me feel proud to be a coventry city fan, awesome spirit. they sha'nt defeat us!!!!

Couldn't have said it better myself. The tail end of last season and the start of this season have been fantastic on field. If we can sort out this off-field garbage, why cant we go up?

We would be 6th without the deduction so technically, on field, we are play-off material

Which I think we accept as OK because of off field issues. Go back 5 years, would you have said a team playing well enough to be 6th in league 1 is good or great? I've gone average - football is good but results particularly recently could be better. Its also calendar year and end of last season was very poor on and off pitch.

The off field situation has stolen most people's emotions. What is worse there is no solution on the horizon. Things will get worse before they get better. I can't see that under SISU.

On the pitch this season very good. But I don't think we will have the staying power and will end up around 12th. But when the season kicked off I would have taken that.
