He had one good surge forward but nothing else aside from that to write home about. I think it was his first game so unfair to judge him based on it. Understandable that he's not up to speed. He's been bought in for the 21s hasn't he so I guess he'll play at that level for a while before moving in the first team if he’s up to the standard. Good to see Batanwi playing well and not shying away from challenges. Horrific injury but he's bulked up a fair bit and doesn't seem to have lost a yard of pace. Must say Tavares was poor. For most of the game he couldn't trap a mouse with no legs.Has he scored yet?
