I am off to the hill tomorrow for the first time and wanted to take my FM radio but just had a doh moment and realised that the broadcast is only sent out to the Cov area. Is this true? How can I get commentary on the hill?

Cheers.

During the match the broadcast is only on local radio or sky blue player. You might pick up cwr on the hill as I can get it as far south as J15a of the M1. Sky blue player will require 3G.

swiss, a few different aims for today. kcic hasn't tried anything organised on Jimmy's Hill yet so want to see how it goes. I'll be more than happy if there's 50 people as it's a first attempt. Word 'picnic' has been used to convey it's family friendly, non-confrontational and it's worked well in attracting attention. Part of today is about seeing how we can organise something bigger for sheff u game and any media coverage will be a bonus. Is it worthwhile? I've copied below something I posted yesterday about this and I always ask the question, if kcic campaign isn't the best way to get ccfc back to cov then what is?

Anyone wanting a seat on Sky Blue bus to Jimmy's Hill leaving Cov 1pm - £5 return, under 16s free - has till 11.30 to email keepcovincov@gmail.com

------------

part of the prob is we've been suffering for a decade or more but for the wider public and media they are only just beginning to see there is an issue here. So in the bigger picture it's actually very early days. I've always said this is a war of attrition and we have to be in it for the long haul. First kcic event in London had 6 people, last time it was over 40 and for first time we got our story into a financial paper. on Jimmy's Hill I'll be happy with 50 and then we build up for sheff u and a good media story. A campaign like this has to work on several levels and pressure is building. This week alone there's been headlines about directors being prosecuted, more evidence questioning intention of building a ground and FL's competence being challenged. I also keep using the nagging tooth campaign analogy - events are planned through to mid Oct and then we review where we're at.

I will be on the hill as I was against Preston.
No problem with those going into the game, do not agree but its there choice.
As an individual I am in agreement with what your doing on the hill.
