original rent 1.82 million
first offer made to SISU 400000 a year + share of catering
worked out to about 300000 a year

now another offer has been made below 300000
Sisu say they cannot afford it but have enough money to build another stadium in warwickshire
If they move to nuneaton the loss of fans (4000max) per game will effect their income big time

just a rough note of what he said

Build a new stadium?

That is going to cost at least £30m I would have thought.

Why has he come on the day after Robins departure I wonder? Just a coincidence?

you have to wonder, went very quiet when things were going well didn't they? maybe they don't want to be seen as the ones bringing everything down. perfect time to put the knife in now tho, alreasdy some people are blaming SISU for Robins going, seems the want to pile the pressure on.

to be honest I believe things that come out of the council / ACL about as much as I believe what comes out of CCFC / SISU. they both make broad sweeping statements but little detail. Why not say exactly what the offer was if he's going to talk about it at all. Either give details or shut up. No mention of if the offer was backdated or dependent on SISU paying the arrears in full.

the rent offer from ACL was 400k but it worked out at about 300k after SISU took the food and drink into the equation aswell, but SISU refused saying it was to high another offer has been made but they are waiting for SISU to reply

COVENTRY City FC have rejected an offer from Ricoh bosses to dramatically halve their rent for playing at the stadium, the Telegraph has learned.

The offer of a new rent deal of £650,000-a-year follows the deficit-hit Division One club’s refusal to make monthly payments since April, in a bid to force a renegotiated deal.
