They're talking about L1 for the next segment. They've just spoken about it being a 7 horse race, so count us out-but did say that if we beat Swindon tomorrow, "We can start talking about an 8-horse race". Have to agree with them that tomorrow is a must-win!

Do they mean for the title?

No, the playoffs race. They reeled off a list of the majority of the top leagues in Europe, where generally the top team is 8-16 points clear, and said that League 1 is the most exciting and competitive division in Europe.

Studio guest Alan Stubbs just gave a shout out to his old team-mate Carsley, saying he is doing a great job. Colin Murray then said "if they win tomorrow, he could be on the show next week! They'll probably lose on purpose now to avoid it..."

Im just saying, my point is if winning one game tomorrow puts us right back in it in there mind then surely we are already in the mix? I mean - its one game! it may be a bit different if they were saying 'if they can win five or six in a row' as thats a bit speculative, but winning one game makes the difference from being irrelevant to back in the mix??
