I said today that if we lose, relegation is all but set in stone. At half time I said to my mate that it would finish 3-2 to Ipswich, hoping and praying I was wrong. I wish I had placed a bet now, because then at least it would make me feel slightly better than I do now, totally shit.
Sisu out, thorn out. I have been among one of the postive people this season, but now i fear today signifies the beginning of the end, not only as a championship side, but as a club all together.
Can we get out of this huge mess? I hope and pray we can, but now league one is all but a certainty now. A mass exodus of players then for tuppence straight into the pocket of sisu, league two here we come.
Im just so sick of losing in the final minute week in, week out. I just want some good times to cherish, not just a constant stream of disappointment and heartbreak to, quite frankly, the best fans in the league who every week, whatever the weather, sing there hearts out for the club, only for it all to get thrown back in your face.
I hope the good times do return, but for the near future at least it seems the bad time are here to stay.
