In the recent guardian article- (http://www.theguardian.com/football...entry-city-owners-northampton-league-one-sisu) ... our Tim Fisher is quoted as saying, ""SISU is a distressed debt fund and therefore batters people in court."

So is this SISU's last attempt to win back the Ricoh??.... take every single party with a vested interest in the Ricoh to court..... "batter" them with expensive and experienced lawyers/ PR Team.... and get what they want.

lets hope no side backs down and SISU leave ASAP.

Well, I'm pretty sure there were alleged comments (I stress the alleged as they were neither proven nor disproven) made by Joy Seppala at a meeting with CCC and ACL where she basically threatened to "tie everyone up in expensive litigation" or words to that effect.

SISU's actions since would suggest that perhaps those comments are not so alleged.

I'm sensing death throes here.

CCC say put up or shut up, out comes Sinclaire, legal action, news of stadium land "soon", etc.

Until all avenues are exhausted they won't go but we're getting closer to that point.

I agree. I think by the end of this season we will have a much better idea of what the future holds.....hopefully under new ownership, although that may be more wishful thinking.

Her recollections were distorted and she was prone to exaggeration. Make of that what you will.

I hope the "Death Rolls" comment is true ... just think that SISU will fight to the last breath ... but I agree, close enough avenues and eventually even SISU have to die.
