I'm going on Monday

Are there any questions to be put to Tim Fisher that have already not been asked ?
Pointless repeating questions that have been put already.

Thanks

Don't know as I've missed the start of each forum cos I can't get to a broadband connection fast enough after work. One thing though if you don't think he's answering the question ask it again and again and if he says he answered say he hasn't to your satisfaction and then ask it again.

You could ask how much money SISU have left in their accounts to inject into the club or how long they can continue funding the club given how much they've allegedly put in already. And what happens to the club if that money runs out especially given the lack of support that is being promised for next season and the likely diminished revenues that will bring.

It getting pretty pointless asking him any serious questions as he just dodges them anyway.

Someone should ask:

Tim, if you could be any sort of insect, what would it be any why?

Guarantee the response would start "Well thats an interesting question"

Could you ask him how many turkeys it does take to an eagle make; if two is evidently insufficient?

If you keep asking the question repeatedly, Eakin will just move to someone else to have another question.

TF answered your second question tonight. SISU see CCFC as a long term venture and will continue to fund the club till the decide to sell. He made it very clear tonght that CCFC (Holdings) Ltd is not for sale.

I want to know why we aren't negotiating on a temp deal at the Ricoh while we build. Surely that's been asked, what's the answer been?

Also, has anyone asked about CCFC Ltd VAT no. on the shop receipt or on the FL register?

The question I would ask is...given that CCFC Holdings will more than likely regain control of Ltd, and given that ACL have stated they will only deal with Ltd...can TF do the honourable thing and negotiate with ACL to at least play at the Rich for the next 3 years
he keeps stating that ACL will only deal with ltd...well now's his chance.

or alternatively ask him where he lives!!

I'm going Monday but I fail to see what this process is achieving for us or TF.
TF plan is hated by 99% of fans but no matter what we say he changes nothing.
The key fact (he says) is that ACL won't deal with SISU, so the new stadium is the only option, yet we have no evidence of this just his word.
He's had letters, who from ? Show us them, or name names and prove ACL are to blame. What was the context when the letters were issued.
If proof offered ACL need to be quizzed to get from them what their issue is.
Would SISU be prepared to buy the whole stadium if offered? Have they offered to buy it at any point in their rein. Prove it.
I'd like to here more from ACL as they seem very quiet.

If in 2010\11 we had average gates of 16,409 with an income of 3,925,900(matchday receipts according to the accounts for that period). Why do you believe that gates of 3,000 will generate the same revenue?

Can i please have some of your magiuc pixie dust to sort out the world economy

We don't want a temporary deal mate, we want them out! We need to have new owners who want to run a football club not a circus.

ACL would be daft to allow that.
It's like saying to a bakers shop, "can I sell my cakes in your shop until I've built my bakers shop next door"
Keep pushing him on his stupid plan.
We need him to give us the figures so we can prove it won't work.

I think that's the Idea Italia .

The judicial review has made anything ACL might like to say sub-Judice ,therefore TF can spout any old bollocks he likes and there can be no retort ,He could swear black was white .....and he is ,or the old king is in the Altogether story and they could not argue the toss IMO.

to be honest; i am starting to think it is better that they follow thru with their plans and we all boycott the home games..

this is the best way to get rid of the bastards..we all know sisu do not have that much money, even when timmy talks about the ground he talks about more debt, so force them out by increasing their losses.

How about something about income? He said tonight that we had roughly broken even on transfers in and out.
Money from tickets, car parks and corporate and shop must be several million per year so why is the debt rising rapidly? Even after paying the players our income should exceed our expenditure so it must be going on debt interest, management fees. Please tell.

Ask him if there are any interest bearing loans outstanding on any company within the group to any company, fund or individual not within the group (including SISU/ARVO/SCONSET) & if so what interest is being charged and on what amount of capital, this should include loans for which interest is not currently being paid but could become payable in future.

It's all bluff.
He needs to carry on this farce to get rid of any competition...........
How can anyone bid when it appears the club is carrying on as if its not for sale. He's sowing the seeds of doubt.
In fact it appears that what's for sale is nothing to do with the actual team and a new stadium is being planned.

He's had his fingers burnt, SISU have been embarrassed and now they are flexing there muscles.
"Their cutting their nose off to spite their face"

In February this year TF stated in a teleconference with SGC that

• Moving onto the rumours of a new stadium, this is only 1 option of many that been initially explored - However, and TF was quite clear on this, the club do not want to leave the Ricoh. But they need to do a deal that suits both parties

• In addition, a new stadium is something that takes years to sort out so it’s not something the fans need to even really consider right now

reference, http://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/threa...Fisher-tonight?p=372713&viewfull=1#post372713

So in 4 months they've gone from negotiating & having many options, to "we have no alternative".

It is always interesting going back ,taking a look,is there anything in those quoted timelines that don't stack.
He States categorically that the Council vetoed the Higgs deal.......Fairly confident we've heard PWKH rebut suggestions that this happened and also the other way that the council had not done a deal without ACL knowing ,which he of course heis a board member.

finally for clarity which company was the debt order placed on ,I only ask as it obviously had an impact ? I'm guessing Holdings!!

Didn't see this thread and have spoken about Mondays meeting in a post i have just put on. DO NOT ASK ANYMORE QUESTIONS RE. FINANCE. It is old hat, it's history we can do nothing about. Keep to where are we playing our home games, NOTHING ELSE. THis is their Achilles heel, it is a future thing something we can influence, do something about, either nicely or not so nicely and that has to be a concern to Fisher and co, just what will the fan reaction be. Not all fans are nice reasonable people and can be easily roused into, lets say a bit radicle and unpredictable and that may be a way to go eventually.

The answer was given.....My interpretation is that SISU say that ACL have chucked them out.......It's alll ACL's fault and they have been trying to stress CCFC Ltd. TF never went beyond that and I think that the real answer is that SISU don't know how to come back without ACL conceding the moral high ground.

TF has repeated the mantra that the club is not for sale several times. TF never answered any further.

Surely this endless stream of finance has to stop? If I were a football investor I'd want to be with a winning management team. I would be trying my utmost to find out who these other bidders are and see if i could be a part of it.

I'm still Skeptical in terms of what the end result will be. But, I have to remind myself that business heads are often at their best when they have a vision....Timmy said that they are at the bottom of the curve. That no business leaves in those circumstances. That bloody downward slope must have been a hell of a ride. Any other business would agree......But there are people out there who want to make waves, who are thinking about other things than simply holding on like SISU are. They will take on a strategic view of how they manage their investment as well. City is not worth anything at the moment. Any purchaser will ring fence the debt in purchasing the club and somehow ensure that SISU get an agreement. Not likely to be paid off either, may have to come to some agreement on a how the money is paid long term.

This huge debt is built up through management fees, which in my view suggests the investors have been creaming off much of the funds and calling it debt. Is this view too simplistic or is this common practice in hedge funds?

I have one: Ref Coventry City (Holdings) Limited. " You say Holdings is solvent. What are its assets and liabilities - when were the last accounts submitted and what did these show compared to the situation now ?" (This will give a value as to Holdings worth).

One question I have is:

Why don't Sisu purchase the Ricoh in full it cant be much more than £35 Million (new stadium build cost). They will have to wait for compass contract to end, as far as I am aware they signed a 10 year contract 8 or 9 years ago, Sisu just waits for the contract to end then they have the food and beverage.
