When can we expect the result of the Judicial review into the 1000 page Dossier of illegal activities carried out by CCC/ACL.

Ultimately will this card get played or is it a tool to stifle response to the oft Quoted paper trail that supports or contradicts eithers take of events re Negotiation.

The Fact that TF is now dropping heavy hints regarding dates of Board resolutions ,
specifically the 19th DEC 2003 possibly suggests impatience ,or using it as the tool it was designed to be and build the myth that it is all everyone else's fault .

CCC secured their investment as a going concern with a change of capital investment. Absolutely nothing wrong with it and not a drain on public services as people keep bringing up. In fact would suggest in public interest to ensure prior investment not lost.
