If "the club" were liquidated who owns the rights to the name, badge, etc.
Did I read somewhere that the Trust had acquired this?

If so, seen as the football league recognise Ltd. as the club, if Ltd. is liquidated can the Trust take up those rights and bring the club back to Coventry (even if we have no players/manager/etc or even if we had no golden share)?

Last I saw the badge is a registered trade mark owned by CCFC H Ltd, along with the retro badge. In addition it is shown as an asset on the list of items charged to ARVO Master Fund

Is this another of the things that was transferred within the year leading up to admin or has it always been there?

So SISU would still own it?

Presumably. Why can't the club just be the club. I don't get how all the assets can be in holdings but all the debt is in Ltd. Surely that is not legal? Bending the rules at least.
