Might be barking up the wrong tree here but as all the requests for information are being banded about and with the liquidation still not done yet for CCFC H (if that is right), is there any chance that we would be able to see the next set of accounts? would these be the ones that show about player registrations etc all being muddled up. I for one would like to see what has been happening with our club rather than a company that at present has nothing to do with us.

I am assuming you mean the missing 2012 and 2013 accounts and the answer is almost certainly no

Because CCFC Ltd and CCFC H are being liquidated there is no requirement to prepare and file accounts.

The SBS&L Group accounts for 2012 and 2013 show the details to some degree but they do not make clear things like where the players registrations were in each years accounts

The only accounts that are going to be filed for those years are the SBS&L and Otium ones.

It is not likely that the process will be challenged because the liquidator/administrator is viewed as an officer of the court and as such his actions are the actions of the court. Therefore it is very unlikely such information or evidence can be demanded via judge.

Just to be clear I do not suggest in any way that there has been anything illegal or any wrong doing in the administration process. That process will follow its path to conclusion for both companies eventually

Would be nice to see some of these "independent" fans groups asking for the club to release this info.

Would be nice to see some of these "independent" fans groups ask the club anything at all to be honest.

Problem is they are to busy standing about outside the council house or putting up candidates which may do more harm than good. They must all think that ACL/CCC have the power to get us back to the Ricoh and no-one else can do this.

Has anyone seen an election leaflet from Rob's "movement"? What is the strategy? What are people supposed to vote for? and why is a Tottenham fan standing for election on a CCFC ticket? Thanks in advance.

Agreed Nick. Both "sides" of the protest movement seem to have stopped asking questions of the club. Personally I think it's the best way, even a refusal to answer tells us something.

I'd have thought that with more direct access to the club GCBTTR would be in prime position to do this mind, I can understand why KCIC might think they won't get far (doesn't mean they shouldn't try though).

Just a guess here, but I suspect that none of the prime movers, or most of their followers, live in Coventry and so are not qualified to stand. Brian (err) Patton made himself available because their platform is, err, anti-council and he has a certain, err, credibility.

(For the record, I no longer live in Coventry and haven’t for many years)

Still think they should try and worth together.

I agree. We should be looking for common areas of agreement rather than areas of division. Divided we are less effective.

I honestly don't see the need for more groups, Michael has always been very open and keen to base KCIC on the general mood, sometimes to a fault. I can understand why KCIC needed to be distanced from SBT in a way, though I'd still argue that SBT's job is to represent the feelings of their members, not just to keep the club happy.

But yeah, everyone together, no more secret crap, all fans united asking proper questions of all would be lovely.

Agree with a united front, trouble is everyone needs to sing from the same hymn sheet.

Did the Trust adopt/merge with NOPM at some point, then had to drop it?

From what I understand there was a worry that KCIC/NOPM was souring relations and that SBT were not a protest group. Not sure it was "adopted" or "merged" but more that it happened to be run by someone on the Trust board (Michael) but I could be wrong here. The Trust have been ultra careful not to piss off the club, but it's not made a blind bit of difference.

Frankly, I think they've played right into their hands. They should've been brave enough to stick with telling the club that their members weren't behind the plans, but just like the local media, ultimately they are only as effective as the amount of access the club allows them, and the club is in control of that.

Yes but it could turn out to be quite a cunning plan. The weight against Sisu/Otium and us all wanting to be back in Coventry could see the sale of masses of clothing, millions of pounds are made and he buys CCFC and the Ricoh in a daring coup to unite us all

Sisu, meeting carefully selected fans in private, speak volumes with me, let's have the whole team at CCFC including our elusive boss Seppala, in a meeting explaining the accounts and the new stadium with an open door policy for reporters and ANY fans that wish to attend to ask questions.
