With the city almost divided over this rent row - it's too high / it's not too high / they should pay it / they should stand their ground - can anyone tell me what exactly the rent pays for? One of the arguments raised by Mark Robins was that the players can't train there without it going through a load of red tape first. So do we assume that no-one from CCFC is allowed on to the pitch unless it's on a matchday? (Bearing in mind the club also pays £10,000 per home match on top of the rent). I presume the club shop and club offices are factored into the rent but what else? Exactly how much of the Ricoh Arena are they paying for? If we knew this we might at least be able to make better informed opinions on whether the rent's too high or not . . .
